In a Tuesday press conference, Kari Lake made a series of impassioned statements while announcing the launch of what she characterized as "the largest, most extensive ballot chasing operation in our state's history, and frankly, possibly in American history."

Lake is expected to take her case to the Arizona Supreme Court again.

She contends that lack of oversight placed at least 250,000 ballots in questionable circumstances.

Day 2 of 3 of Kari Lake's trial in the Maricopa County Superior Court is underway.

As part of the settlement, Pennsylvania agreed to remove these faulty registrations and pay $15,000 in legal fees to Judicial Watch.
