"Encounters of illegal migrants by the Border Patrol at the Southwest Border were down in June, but only because the Biden administration has invented other means of allowing large numbers of inadmissible aliens to enter the country," Stein pointed out.
Committee on Oversight and Accountability maintains the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has unlawfully granted "categorical parole, in violation of clear statutory language, to large numbers of inadmissible aliens."
The multi-agency collaboration has resulted in "over 384,000 illegal immigrant apprehensions and more than 29,000 criminal arrests," including "over 28,000 felony charges reported."
FAIR's analysis suggests that "at the current pace of illegal immigration, more new illegal aliens will have settled in the U.S. in the first three years of the Biden administration than in the entire decade of the 2010s."
