Parents Defending Education (PDE) learned through a public records request that Anaheim Union High School District in California has approved 16 Ethnic Studies courses.

Department of Education secretary Miguel Cardona criticized parents this week who protested against school boards concerning curriculum taught in American schools.

Western Heights School District was told by the superintendent of the State of Oklahoma to "immediately" terminate a drag queen who was hired to be an elementary school principal.

The Biden administration has given $2 million to a George-Soros backed nonprofit to teach young men in Puerto Rico about "toxic masculinities."

Education Sec. Miguel Cardona is calling for a complete end of the practice of corporal punishment at schools.

The House Committee on Education and the Workforce is investigating whether the University of Pennsylvania's Penn Biden Center violated any laws with regards to classified documents found at the think tank and the university's foreign donations, and is requesting documents and communication related to the matter from the Department of Education.
