Burisma Holdings founder Mykola Zlochevsky is believed to be an asset of Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), according to an anonymous national security source.
According to Grassley, "The 1023 produced to that House Committee redacted reference that the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversations with them. Seventeen total recordings."
A controversial FD-1023 form purportedly lays out a $5 million bribery plot involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national, suggesting that policy decisions may have been exchanged for financial gain.
"The FBI’s refusal to provide this single document is obstructionist," stated Comer, adding, "Congress and the American people need to know what, if anything, the FBI did to verify the allegations contained within this record."
Comer responded: "It’s clear from the FBI’s response that the unclassified record the Oversight Committee subpoenaed exists, but they are refusing to provide it to the Committee."
