Los Angeles Unified School District's (LAUSD) elementary schools are requiring students as young as five years old to participate in "National Coming Out Day."
The policy in question mandated students and staff to “respect” the gender identity of students by using the chosen names and pronouns of transgender students.
The suit has been launched on behalf of Lynn Kizer, a former employee of the hospital, who alleges she was unjustly terminated due to her religious beliefs in relation to the institution's vaccine mandate.
