The National Religious Broadcasters (NRB) has joined a lawsuit against a California law targeting online hate speech, although the law operates as censorship.
“Time and time again, the Biden Administration and Big Tech have shown they cannot police themselves in protecting Americans’ First Amendment right to free speech,” says Sen. Johnson.
"The implications are impossible to ignore: Beijing hid the truth," Rubio asserted. "This report reinforces the need to hold the Chinese Communist Party accountable.”
Since the center's release, fears have emerged that the group will merely serve as a censorship organization against political discourse that runs contrary to the government's interests.
The lawsuit, filed on behalf of Health Freedom Louisiana co-director Jill Hines and The Gateway Pundit news site founder Jim Hoft, reads, "This case challenges probably the largest mass-surveillance and mass-censorship program in American history."
