The January 6, 2021 protester who was seen putting his feet on Nancy Pelosi's desk has been found guilty of all charges and is now facing a life prison sentence.
Pence was “unaware of the existence of sensitive or classified documents at his personal residence” until a search last week, according to the former vice president's lawyer.
“Here, the Court finds that no reasonable jury could conclude by a preponderance of the evidence that Whole Foods’ reasons for Plaintiffs’ terminations were pretextual and motivated by discriminatory animus," the judge said.
"I apply my framework and research findings to argue how undergraduate mathematics education operates as a white, cisheteropatriarchal space that limits learning opportunities affirming of queer of color identities and experiences," the professor says.
