Starbucks has begun using Amazon’s palm payment system in a location north of Edmunds, Washington.
The technology is to be used in order to test customers’ reactions to biometric payments.

“They’re kind of freaked out by it,” an in-store attendant told Forbes. “It’s an older town, so some people aren’t interested.”
