Slack Bans Conservative ‘Libs of TikTok,’ Reports Daily Caller

The conservative social media account Libs of TikTok has been banned by the instant messaging app Slack.

Slack, which is owned by Salesforce, has allegedly permanently banned Libs of TikTok for an alleged violation of the platform’s “Acceptable Use Policy” which the company failed to specify.

Libs of TikTok is a Twitter account that reposts left-wing content and has reported on sexually inappropriate things taught to children in schools

Seth Dillon, CEO of the satirical news website “The Babylon Bee,” posted an email by Slack to Libs of TikTok founder Chaya Raichik in a tweet.

“We are writing to let you know that we have suspended your workspace,, for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy,” read the email to Raichik, on Feb. 24.

“As highlighted in Slack’s Acceptable Use Policy, Slack may exercise its right to suspend or terminate your access,” wrote Slack.

The email from Slack also told Raichik that it had refunded her most recent monthly charge of $75, in the notification informing her of the suspension.

Libs of TikTok responded to the ban on Twitter: “@SlackHQ is angry that an account is working to protect childhood innocence by educating people about mutilation surgeries, porn in schools, and inappropriate adult entertainment being presented to kids.”

Dillon, a supporter of Raichek, tweeted, “@SlackHQ has permanently suspended @libsoftiktok. If your business is defending kids, Slack doesn’t want your money.”

After much social media backlash, Salesforce replied to Dillon’s tweet, but quickly deleted its response, reported Just the News.

“Hello Seth! Salesforce/Slack team is looking into this issue,” read the tweet from the company’s customer service staff in a screenshot posted by Dillon.

Conservative and free speech activists believe she was permanently suspended because of her politics, and promptly blasted the Salesforce on social media.

“Was considering having my law firm purchase Slack subscription service, but it seems you arbitrarily suspend accounts for political reasons, and I can’t risk anything on a service that unreliable,” said one commentator in a tweet.

Many leftists despise Libs of TikTok for reposting videos of left-wingers saying or committing particular, questionable acts, and are now celebrating her ban.

Former MSNBC host Keith Olbermann supported Raichek’s suspension by tweeting, “Not being a domestic terrorist,” in response to Dillon’s comments in support of Libs of Tiktok.

This is not the first time that social media and software platforms have suspended Raichik’s account, but they have yet to punish those who posted the original content, which she simply reshared.

Slack’s ban on Libs of TikTok comes as Raichik releases her first children’s book, No More Secrets: The Candy Cavern, which will be released on Mar. 14, according to her website.
