Bill Gates and His Fake Solutions to Climate Change

A new report from Navdanya International calls for rejecting Bill Gates’ fake solutions and instead supporting an ecological approach to food and agriculture which can provide a long-lasting solution to climate change.

In Bill Gates’ vision, technology seems fated to fix every single damage that has been inflicted on our planet — and climate change has recently been added to the list.

But this is the same mentality that has taken us to the devastating stage we currently find ourselves in, while the only thing improving exponentially is the profits of the corporations taking advantage by selling these very technologies.

It is necessary to step out of this technofix hysteria in order to reclaim a holistic vision based on real farmers, healthy and nutritious food and on an agroecological model that does not impact on climate but, instead, helps to mitigate it. No fake burger can do that.

The latest report from Navdanya International, “Bill Gates & His Fake Solutions to Climate Change,” details the reasons behind Bill and Melinda Gates’ attempts to focus the debate on miraculous technologies and the real interests behind its propaganda.

While Gates’ many investments are all seemingly justified by a noble humanitarian and environmental cause, the report shows that they actually allow him to impose his techno-solutionist strategy through direct influence over all types of global development protagonists.

But this game of billionaire profit-making and corporate partnerships is even clearer in one of Gates’ most prominent personal investment funds: Breakthrough Energy Ventures. The companies funded by Breakthrough are riddled with ex DuPont, Monsanto, PepsiCo and Microsoft executives, revealing how the same corporations which precipitated our health and ecological crisis are now selling us back equally risky solutions to the problems they created in the first place.

The report highlights one of these so-called technical ‘solutions’ through the example of synthetic food, which aims to replace animal products with highly processed ingredients, usually through synthetic biology. Billionaires are heavily investing in this growing market: Gates alone has spent $50 million in leading company Impossible Foods and actively finances several others.

World Economic Forum Promotes ‘Smart Mask’ That Alerts You if You Forget to Wear It

  • Respondents warn it could be linked to social credit score system.

The World Economic Forum is promoting a ‘smart mask’ that tracks your breathing and alerts you via an app if you wear it improperly or forget to wear it at all.

Yes, really.

A video clip posted to the WEF’s official Twitter account this morning hypes the “the mask of the future,” designed by Chinese firm CirQ Technologies.

The smart mask tells you when to wash it, whether you’re wearing it properly, and alerts you via a sensor linked to a cellphone app when you’ve left it at home.

The environmental benefits of the mask are also touted as it would cut down on the number of disposable face masks that end up in land fills.

Trump Endorses Mo Brooks for Senate Run

Former President Donald Trump endorsed Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) for his Senate run Wednesday morning, giving his staunch supporter real treasure for the 2022 Senate race in a state deemed “safe red.”

“Few Republicans have as much COURAGE and FIGHT as Alabama Congressman Mo Brooks,” Trump said in his statement, calling Brooks “a great conservative Republican leader.”

On March 22, Brooks announced his candidacy for the U.S. Senate seat to be vacated by 86-year-old Sen. Richard Shelby (R-Ala.), who won’t seek reelection after serving the Senate for 6 terms.

“Mo Brooks is pro-life, loves our Military and our Vets, will protect our Second Amendment, combat the Biden open borders agenda, is fighting for voter integrity (like few others), and was the Co-Chair of our winning, and record-setting, Alabama campaign in 2020,” Trump continued in his statement.

WSJ Editorial Board: CEOs vs. Shareholders—Corporate execs are assisting an agenda that will hurt business

This is about the rules of politics

The intervention by prominent American business executives into partisan cultural politics is a major event, and we wonder how many of these CEOs have thought through the implications. To wit, they are pitting themselves against the interests of their own shareholders.

Companies have long sought to influence policies that affect their business, and rightly so. They have the First Amendment right to petition the government. And as the reach of the state has grown, the success or failure of a firm or industry can depend on defeating political predators in Washington or state capitals. We wish it were otherwise, but this is today’s reality.

The CEO intervention into Georgia election law is different. It concerns a matter that doesn’t directly affect Coca-Cola or Delta Airlines, to cite two companies whose executives condemned the new law. The CEOs are instead injecting themselves into a heated debate over election law and the tension between ballot access and integrity.

Republicans, Democrats have different opinions about Biden’s religiosity: Pew

A new survey from the Pew Research Center found that while the majority of Americans know that President Joe Biden is Catholic, perceptions about the degree of his religiosity differ based on an individual’s partisan affiliation.

The Pew Research Center released the results of an extensive survey last week asking the American people for their thoughts and feelings about the religious faith of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. The survey, conducted between March 1 and March 7, included 12,055 respondents who are part of Pew’s American Trends Panel, which is “an online survey panel that is recruited through national random sampling of residential address.”

The survey asked respondents to identify the faith of the president and vice president. Fifty-eight percent of those surveyed correctly identified Biden’s faith as Roman Catholic.

An additional 31% said they were not sure of his faith, while 6% identified him as Protestant, 3% said he was atheist, 1% said he belongs to an “other religion” not listed, and 1% thought his religion is “something else.” A higher number of Democrats and Democrat leaners (63%) knew that Biden is Catholic than Republicans and Republican leaners, just 55% of whom identified Biden’s faith as Catholic.

The survey also asked respondents to weigh in on their thoughts about Biden’s religiosity. Among all U.S. adults, a majority (64%) said the president is religious, with 37% characterizing him as “somewhat religious” and 27% describing him as “very religious.” Meanwhile, 35% of Americans think Biden is not religious, with 21% saying that he is “not too religious” and 14% believing that he is “not at all religious.”

Jeff Bezos Just Endorsed Corporate Tax Hikes. Here’s Why Amazon’s Support Should Be a Giant Red Flag

When Big Business comes together to collude with Big Government, it usually means everyday people are about to get ripped off.

The Biden administration and some (but not all) of their Democratic allies in Congress want to raise the corporate tax rate to 28 percent. They say this would help the working class and hurt Big Business, finally making corporations “pay their fair share.” But if that were true, giant corporations like Amazon wouldn’t be endorsing the change.

Yet that’s exactly what Jeff Bezos just did.

“We support the Biden Administration’s focus on making bold investments in American infrastructure,” the Amazon CEO wrote in a public statement. “We recognize this investment will require concessions from all sides—both on the specifics of what’s included as well as how it gets paid for… we’re supportive of a rise in the corporate tax rate.” (Emphasis mine).

EU Medicine Regulator Warns Of Blood Clots With Astrazeneca Vaccine

The European Union medicine regulator has warned blood clots are a possible side effect of AstraZeneca’s coronavirus vaccine. According to reports Wednesday, the European Medicines Agency said it found the vaccine carries the risk of causing “unusual blood clots.”

The agency reported 18 deaths in its review of 84 clotting cases reported in the EU out of around 25 million people who have been vaccinated. Despite the risk, the agency said the benefits of the vaccine outweighs the side effects.

“Our safety committee, the Pharmacovigilance and Risk Assessment Committee of the European Medicines Agency, has confirmed that the benefits of the AstraZeneca vaccine in preventing COVID-19 overall outweigh the risks of side effects,” stated Emer Cooke, the executive director of the agency.

Trump Says Gaetz Never Asked for Pardon, NY Times Wrong

Former President Donald Trump refuted a New York Times report that Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., who’s now embroiled in a controversial federal probe, had requested a “blanket pardon.”

“Congressman Matt Gaetz has never asked me for a pardon,” Trump wrote in a Wednesday statement. “It must also be remembered that he has totally denied the accusations against him.”

The Times reported Tuesday that sources accused Gaetz of speaking to White House officials about a preemptive pardon from President Trump before he left office. The report claimed the aides had shared the request but did not know whether Gaetz spoke directly to Trump about it.

Gaetz has acknowledged he’s been under investigation for an alleged relationship with a 17-year-old girl, including potential violations of sex trafficking laws after accusations that he paid for women to travel with him.

Gaetz has denied wrongdoing, contending the women he has dated are of legal age and any payments were also legal and made to cover travel for women he was dating.

Also, Gaetz has alleged an extortion attempt to bilk his family of $25 million, with a former Department of Justice official promising to make the allegations and investigation go away.

GOP Governors Take a Stand Against Vaccine Passports: ‘I Do Not and Will Not Support’ It

An increasing number of Republican governors are voicing opposition to the concept of a vaccine passport, as Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R) and Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee (R) signaled on Tuesday that they, too, will not support such programs in their states.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) has remained, perhaps, the most vocal in his opposition to vaccine passports, which, in theory, could require individuals to show proof of vaccination or recent negative coronavirus test in order to enter certain venues or engage in daily activities. The Republican, who has described vaccine passports as “terrible” and “unacceptable,” signed an executive order last week, barring the use of them in the Sunshine State.

Target, Amazon Sell ‘Christian’ Book Instructing Readers to Ask God ‘Please help me hate White people’

“Or at least to want to hate them.”

Google, Target, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Audible are selling a book titled A Rhythm of Prayer: A Collection of Meditations for Renewal edited by Sarah Bessey which leads readers in a prayer instructing them to say “Dear God, Please help me to hate White people.”

Critical Race Theory—a strain of Cultural Marxism—has made its way not only into the Christian church, but into prayer books.

The suggested prayer continues on page 69:

“Or at least to want to hate them. At least, I want to stop caring about them, individually and collectively. I want to stop caring about their misguided, racist souls, to stop believing that they can be better, that they can stop being racist.”

Google’s description of A Rhythm of Prayer touts Bessey’s past being “filled with women from diverse backgrounds who prayed in diverse ways.”

“In A Rhythm of Prayer she captures the spirit of those prayer circles, bringing together a range of faith leaders, including Barbara Brown Taylor, Amena Brown, Nadia Bolz-Weber and many more, to offer daily inspiration for connecting with God,” the description goes on to say.

Amazon’s description adds, “Encompassing the full breadth of the emotional landscape, these deeply tender yet subversive prayers give readers an intimate look at the diverse language and shapes of prayer.”

Sarah Bessey’s website claims she “is a sought-after speaker at churches, conferences, and universities around the world. Also a popular and frequent podcast guest, Sarah has appeared on Jen Hatmaker’s For the Love, Everything Happens with Kate Bowler, LEAD Stories, The Bible for Normal People, RELEVANT, Sorta Awesome, The Road Back to You, and many others.”

Ironically, the site also reveals that Bessey is herself a white woman (above), “born and raised in the prairies and foothills of western Canada.”

Bessey’s writings have appeared in The Washington Post, The Huffington Post, The Atlantic, The High Calling, Conversations Journal, ChurchLeaders.com, CT Women: Christianity Today’s Blog for Women, Today’s Christian Woman, accoring to her website.

She comments on “religion, feminism, and faith deconstruction.”

A picture of the anti-White prayer from A Rhythm of Prayer made its way across social media:

The prayer was originally written by Chanequa Walker-Barnes (below), whose website indicates she is a psychologist, professor, and preacher.

Walker-Barnes once gave a speech at Biola University in La Mirada, California in which she condemned peaceful “racial reconciliation.”

“The truth is that I’m sick and tired of Christian racial reconciliation—with all of this emphasis on embrace and celebration and gentleness and niceness.”

“True reconciliation usually does not begin or end with an embrace. True reconciliation begins with confrontation. It begins with a curse,” Walker-Barnes added.
