Bill Barr Transcript Dismantles Democrat Claims of Trump-Epstein Connection

Former Attorney General Bill Barr, in sworn testimony released by the House Oversight Committee, denied having any knowledge of evidence linking President Donald Trump to criminal activity involving Jeffrey Epstein. The 120-page transcript directly contradicts Democrat allegations that the Department of Justice under Barr suppressed information related to Epstein’s connections with prominent political figures.

According to the transcript, Barr confirmed he spoke with President Trump twice about Epstein. One conversation took place after Epstein’s death, while the other’s timing was unclear. Barr testified that neither discussion revealed any involvement or knowledge of misconduct by Trump. When asked if he had ever informed Trump about documents or allegations tying him to Epstein, Barr said no.

Barr further stated he had not seen credible evidence indicating that women ever accused President Trump of misconduct involving Epstein. He also noted that had such information existed, it likely would have been leaked, especially given the track record of frequent leaks within the Southern District of New York. He emphasized that if Trump had been implicated, the public likely would have known by now.

When questioned about the broader Epstein investigation, Barr dismissed conspiracy theories surrounding Epstein’s death, maintaining his previously stated position that Epstein died by suicide. He acknowledged gaps in his memory on minor details but consistently denied any cover-up or suppression of evidence.

DHS Rebukes Democrat Rep. Jasmine Crockett for Comparing ICE to Slave Patrols

The Department of Homeland Security issued a strong condemnation of Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas) after she compared Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to pre-Civil War “slave patrols.” Crockett’s remarks, made during a recent interview on The Breakfast Club, have sparked bipartisan concern and drew immediate response from DHS officials who called her language dangerous and dehumanizing.

Crockett, speaking about immigration enforcement, claimed that ICE functions similarly to historical slave patrols. The comment was framed as a criticism of how the U.S. government handles illegal immigration, but it drew sharp pushback from DHS. Spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin appeared on America Reports to respond, calling Crockett’s comparison “dehumanizing” to ICE agents and accusing her of giving radical activists “a permission slip to act violently.”

McLaughlin emphasized that ICE officers serve under difficult and often dangerous conditions. Many of those arrested by ICE have criminal records, she noted, and the agency plays a critical role in protecting national security and upholding immigration law. She called Crockett’s remarks “wrong” and “disgusting,” arguing that such rhetoric does not reflect the reality of the agency’s mission or the professionalism of its officers.

This latest episode highlights growing tensions around immigration enforcement and public discourse.

Costco Wine Recall Sparks Safety Alert Across 12 States

Costco has issued a recall of its Kirkland Signature Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore after reports emerged that the bottles could spontaneously shatter. The recall affects select lots sold between April 25 and August 26, 2025, across 12 states in the Midwest. Customers are being urged to safely dispose of the wine and not attempt to return it to stores.

The affected product is labeled under Costco’s popular Kirkland Signature brand and identified by item number 1879870. It was sold at warehouse locations in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. The recall follows safety concerns that the glass bottles may break without warning, even while unopened.

Costco has not confirmed the exact cause of the issue but acknowledged that it could pose a risk of injury due to shattered glass. Customers who purchased the product are instructed not to open the bottles. Instead, they should carefully wrap the bottle in multiple layers of paper towel, place it in a plastic bag, and dispose of it in the trash. The company emphasized that the product should not be brought back to Costco locations for return, likely to prevent injury during transport.

Customers seeking a refund are advised to bring the recall notice, sent via email to affected members, to their local Costco store. The notice serves as proof of purchase and qualifies for reimbursement without the need to return the physical item.

This incident raises broader concerns about quality control in private-label products. While Kirkland Signature remains a trusted name among Costco shoppers, this recall highlights the importance of rigorous safety checks—especially for pressurized items like sparkling wine. The company has stated it is cooperating with the manufacturer to investigate and resolve the issue.

As fall gatherings and holiday celebrations approach, families are reminded to verify any bottles of prosecco they may have purchased during the affected timeframe. Ensuring household safety takes priority, and following the disposal instructions is critical to preventing potential injuries.

Trump Bolsters Ties with Qatar: Defense Deal Nears Finalization Amid Gaza Crisis

The Trump administration is on the verge of finalizing an enhanced defense cooperation agreement with Qatar, Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced. The announcement follows international uproar after an Israeli strike on Hamas political leaders in Doha, and occurs as diplomatic efforts to end the Gaza war face a rapidly closing window. President Donald Trump has expressed displeasure with Israel’s unilateral strike and is working to reassure Qatar as a critical mediator.

Qatar condemned Israel’s strike in its capital as “cowardly and treacherous” but affirmed its commitment to continuing mediation efforts alongside the United States and Egypt. Rubio described Qatar as “the only country in the world” capable of bridging direct communication with Hamas.

Rubio emphasized that the U.S.-Qatar agreement involves more than diplomacy. He said the pact will bolster defense cooperation, likely expanding intelligence sharing and reinforcing Qatar’s role as an ally in the Middle East. The agreement is seen as both strategic and symbolic: a signal that the U.S. under President Trump intends to stand by its partners after attacks on sovereign territory.

The urgency is clear. Rubio warned that the diplomatic window for achieving a ceasefire, freeing hostages, and de‑escalating the war may close in days or weeks. The U.S. is pushing for Hamas to commit to demilitarization and full release of hostages as part of any negotiated resolution.

President Trump reportedly told Qatari leaders the strike in Doha was unacceptable and that such actions would not be repeated. He also reassured them that Washington will protect Qatar if its security is violated.

Gingrich: America’s National Chaos Stems from Decline of Faith

Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich warned that America’s growing instability is rooted in the nation’s spiritual decay. In a recent appearance on Kudlow, Gingrich pointed to the erosion of religious belief and moral grounding as the driving forces behind a surge in drug abuse, identity confusion, and political violence—including the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

Gingrich said the country is experiencing a crisis of meaning, noting that “there’s a vacuum where there should be an active religious soul.” He argued that this void is being filled by destructive ideologies that promote self-centered identity and deny moral absolutes. Without faith, Gingrich claimed, society loses its anchor and becomes vulnerable to chaos.

He traced the philosophical roots of the crisis back to the French Revolution and the rise of Enlightenment-era secularism, which he said replaced religious truth with radical individualism. This shift, according to Gingrich, laid the groundwork for today’s cultural breakdowns, where foundational values like family, gender, and right and wrong are now seen as relative or oppressive.

Citing the murder of Charlie Kirk, Gingrich said the killing represents what happens when evil is left unchecked in a society that no longer believes in sin or accountability. He warned that when faith disappears from the public square, respect for human life and dignity diminishes. In contrast, a nation rooted in Christianity sees every soul as worthy and defends moral order as a public good.

Gingrich called for a renewed focus on spiritual truth as essential to national recovery.

Kirk Assassination Could Reshape 2026 Midterms, Says Mark Halperin

Political analyst Mark Halperin warned that the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk may have a major impact on the 2026 midterm elections. In an interview with Megyn Kelly, Halperin explained how the political response to Kirk’s murder could galvanize conservative voters and shift the national conversation.

Speaking on The Megyn Kelly Show, Halperin emphasized the intensity of the public reaction, noting that many Americans are only now realizing the influence Charlie Kirk had in conservative circles. He pointed out Kirk’s leadership of Turning Point USA, his role in mobilizing young conservatives, and his prominence as a close ally of President Donald Trump.

Halperin criticized Democrat-aligned commentators for continuing to attack Kirk after his death, stating, “They can’t stop demonizing him because of his connection to Trump. It’s the only way they think.” He argued that this kind of rhetoric may have the unintended consequence of energizing conservative voters rather than discouraging them.

Kelly asked if Kirk’s murder could shift the political landscape as dramatically as the Supreme Court’s Dobbs v. Jackson decision, which overturned Roe v. Wade. Halperin agreed, suggesting that the assassination has the potential to reframe voter priorities and increase conservative turnout, especially among those who feel silenced or targeted by political elites.

Since the shooting, Turning Point USA has reportedly seen a spike in interest, with new chapters forming and donations increasing. Halperin observed that such developments are receiving little attention in mainstream media, which he implied would treat the story very differently if Kirk were a progressive figure.

False ‘Ultra-MAGA’ Smear from Harvard Law Professor Debunked After Kirk Shooting

Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Laurence Tribe falsely claimed that the shooter accused in the assassination of Charlie Kirk was an “ultra-MAGA” extremist. The claim, amplified through social media, was quickly debunked by official records and media investigations, forcing Tribe to retract and apologize.

On September 14, Tribe reposted a thread from Occupy Democrats alleging Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old suspect charged in Kirk’s murder, held “ultra-MAGA” political beliefs. The claim spread widely online and was treated as credible due to Tribe’s academic stature. However, within 24 hours, multiple fact-checks confirmed the claim was not supported by any evidence.

According to the Associated Press, Robinson’s Utah voter registration was inactive and listed his affiliation as “unaffiliated.” He had no registered Republican or MAGA-aligned political ties. Additional reporting from Fox News confirmed Robinson was living with a transgender partner, raising further questions about the ideological motivations ascribed to him by Tribe’s repost.

Utah Governor Spencer Cox told reporters that Robinson had expressed dislike for Kirk and may have been radicalized online. However, Cox offered no support for the MAGA association. The investigation remains ongoing, and law enforcement has not suggested any political motive tied to the conservative movement or President Trump’s supporters.

Tribe later deleted the repost and issued a short apology, admitting he was “premature” in assuming Robinson’s political orientation. The professor stated, “I’m sorry I reposted a tweet to that effect before deleting my repost.”

Tyler Robinson Allegedly Confessed in Discord and Texts After Charlie Kirk Killing

Newly released documents show that 22‑year‑old Tyler Robinson, accused of assassinating conservative activist Charlie Kirk on September 10, sent text messages to his partner moments after the shooting in which he confessed, detailed his motive, and instructed them to destroy evidence. Prosecutors say they have enough evidence to seek the death penalty.

According to the charging documents, Robinson told his romantic partner to check under his keyboard, where a handwritten note was found that read: “I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I’m going to take it.” He later admitted responsibility in texts: “I am, I’m sorry.” He explained that he had “enough of his hatred,” saying some hate “can’t be negotiated out.” He described how the rifle was hidden, changes in clothing, and concern it could be traced to his family through fingerprints or the weapon itself.

Robinson allegedly told his partner to delete the text exchange and to stay silent if questioned by police. He urged: “Don’t talk to the media… if any police ask you questions ask for a lawyer and stay silent.” In a separate message, Robinson wrote: “You are all I worry about love.” His partner, who is transgender, is cooperating with law enforcement.

Beyond the texts, prosecutors presented other pieces of evidence, including a note left at the scene, DNA testing on the rifle used, and identifying Robinson via surveillance images. They say Robinson had been planning the act for over a week. Authorities say Robinson surrendered after being recognized by family and after being encouraged by a law enforcement friend.

The revelations raise questions about political ideology, personal motivations, and the growing concern over extremism. They also highlight the role of digital correspondence in tracing and understanding criminal acts, and the challenge of how to handle such evidence in prosecutions.

Seattle Clown Mask Harassment Ends in Felony Arrests

Seattle police arrested two teenagers early Monday morning after they allegedly harassed two women while wearing clown masks and brandishing firearms in the Bitter Lake neighborhood.

The incident began around 12:20 a.m. when two women flagged down officers near Aurora Avenue North. The victims reported that the night before, while near North 128th Street, they were approached by two males wearing clown masks. One suspect appeared to be armed with a handgun, while the other was seen adjusting his waistband in a manner suggesting he might also be carrying a weapon. Fearing for their safety, the women fled the scene.

While officers were speaking with the women, a vehicle matching the suspects’ description pulled into a nearby fast-food restaurant parking lot. Police contacted the occupants and spotted clown masks and extended gun magazines inside the car.

One of the suspects, a 19-year-old male, admitted to the encounter and claimed it was intended as a prank. He even showed officers a video of the incident on his phone. The second suspect, a 17-year-old boy, was also taken into custody.

Both were arrested on suspicion of felony harassment. The adult suspect was booked into King County Jail, while the juvenile was transported to the Judge Patricia H. Clark Children and Family Justice Center. Police impounded the suspects’ vehicle pending the issuance of a search warrant.

The arrests come just days after the Seattle City Council approved the expansion of surveillance efforts, authorizing the installation of new cameras in neighborhoods including Capitol Hill, the Central District, and SODO. These additions will enhance the city’s existing CCTV infrastructure, which has been in place since October 2024.

Beni Rae Harmony Resigns After On‑Air Tribute to Charlie Kirk

Beni Rae Harmony, a reporter for WICS‑ABC20 in Springfield, Illinois, stepped down this week following her suspension over an emotional on‑air tribute to Charlie Kirk, whom she described as a mentor. The segment aired live last Friday and lasted approximately one minute and seventeen seconds, during which Harmony fought back tears while reflecting on Kirk’s influence in her life and urging viewers to hold fast to belief, community, and speaking up.

In a public statement, Harmony said her resignation was “guided by values that are essential to who I am,” adding that she refused to compromise her faith or love of country in order to keep her job. She expressed belief that she is the first in the mainstream media to be penalized for honoring Kirk on air, especially after so many others faced discipline for mocking his death. Her LinkedIn profile shows she worked with Turning Point USA in 2021–2022, where Kirk had been a founding figure.

During the tribute, Harmony comforted her audience, saying it was okay to feel sadness or grief after the tragic killing. She shared one of Kirk’s recurring messages—“When conversations stop happening, when individuals become wordless, that’s when violence begins… Speak loudly, even if your voice shakes. Your words have meaning, your values have purpose.” She ended by thanking Kirk for changing her life and offering prayers for his family.

Public reaction poured in. Many expressed support for Harmony, praising her courage and authenticity. Others questioned the station’s decision to suspend her, saying it raises concerns about free expression and whether media outlets are too quick to penalize employees for heartfelt tributes.
