New Evidence Suggests Hunter Biden Violated FARA

Hunter Biden allegedly violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) for not registering himself as having lobbied for foreign companies, although other individuals disclosed their lobbying under FARA.

Biden also lobbied U.S. officials for work that involved actions that would have met FARA requirements.

The information suggests the Department of Justice (DOJ) selectively enforces FARA.

For instance, Gal Luft received about $700,000 from a Chinese energy firm and was charged with FARA violations.

Biden made more money for the same work and has not been charged.

Emails also suggest that Hunter Biden lobbied for the Libyan government without registering with FARA.

Reporting from RedState:

To be frank, if they don’t end up charging the president’s son for illegally operating as an unregistered foreign agent while they rack up charges against his associates for doing the same thing, it’s going to be an awful look for the department. Of course, there’s no reason to believe anyone within the DOJ actually cares. They’ve thrown appearances to the wind long ago.
