In a significant revelation, House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-KY) has released a third bank records memorandum which sheds light on the Biden family’s alleged financial interactions with oligarchs from Russia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine during Joe Biden’s tenure as Vice President.

According to a press release, the memorandum portrays a scenario wherein the Bidens and their associates profited in millions.

Chairman Comer remarked, “During Joe Biden’s vice presidency, Hunter Biden sold him as ‘the brand’ to reap millions from oligarchs in Kazakhstan, Russia, and Ukraine. It appears no real services were provided other than access to the Biden network, including Joe Biden himself.”

Highlighting the alleged close proximity between the Bidens and these oligarchs, Comer added, “This is made clear by meals at Café Milano where then-Vice President Joe Biden dined with oligarchs from around the world who had sent money to his son.”

The Committee’s revelations have provided a detailed breakdown of these transactions:

  1. The Bidens reportedly received over “$20 million in payments from foreign sources.”
  2. Utilizing entities labeled under the “Rosemont Seneca” brand, Hunter Biden and Devon Archer are alleged to have concealed the origins and amount of their payments from foreign sources.
  3. A notable transaction highlighted is from February 2014 where a “Russian billionaire Yelena Baturina transferred $3.5 million to Rosemont Seneca Thornton, a shell company.” From this, Devon Archer received roughly $1 million, and the rest went to a new firm account, Rosemont Seneca Bohai, purportedly controlled by Archer and Hunter Biden.
  4. Around spring 2014, Ukrainian company Burisma Holdings, owned by oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky, apparently recruited Hunter Biden and Devon Archer for its board of directors, promising them “$1 Million Each per Year.”
  5. Another detailed instance is from April 2014, when a “Kazakhstani oligarch, wired $142,300 to Rosemont Seneca Bohai.” This amount coincided with a subsequent payment made for a sports car for Hunter Biden.

Capping off these allegations, the press release stated, “Hunter Biden received millions of dollars in payments from Yelena Baturina, Burisma, and Kenes Rakishev. Vice President Biden had dinner with them in the spring of 2014 and 2015 in Washington, D.C.”

Chairman Comer assures that the House Oversight Committee remains committed to probing further into the matter, emphasizing on the need to “determine whether foreign actors targeted the Bidens, President Biden is compromised or corrupt, and our national security is threatened.”
