Globalist World Economic Forum Tells Corporations to ‘Resist’ ‘Especially White Men’ Who Push Back Against Woke Dogma

Globalist WEF is annoyed that business leaders have to deal with “questions about how to handle employees, especially white men” who are critical of so-called ‘diversity, equity, and inclusion’ (DEI).

QUICK FACTS:
  • The Great Reset-advancing World Economic Forum promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), just not if it means including the opinions of employees who are “white men,” according to a new publication on the organization’s website.
  • The piece was written by WEF contributor and ‘WatchHerWork’ founder Denise Hamilton (pictured below), who is described as a “nationally recognized Diversity & Inclusion leader” on her organization’s website.

  • The WatchHerWork founder is upset by the public backlash against the woke ideology major corporations are forcing onto employees and customers. She complains that “Those of us who work to advance diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in businesses knew this was coming. … It was inevitable that some people would soon fight against this movement.”
  • Hamilton goes on to single out “white men” as the group who “especially” need to be “handle[d]” in the situation: “A movement against DEI efforts is now in full swing. I see it in my work each day. As a consultant, speaker and adviser to C-suite executives, I have faced a barrage of questions about how to handle employees, especially white men, who see only the costs of DEI but don’t feel included in its promise.”
  • But Hamilton doesn’t deny that white men do not benefit from DEI policies. Rather, she’s frustrated by the fact that white men “feel aggrieved, insisting that they are losing opportunities because they don’t fall into certain groups” that do benefit from DEI.
  • That DEI policy discriminates against one demographic calls into question how diverse, equitable, and inclusive DEI really is.
  • It is not clear whether white men who do “work to advance” the DEI doctrine would benefit from DEI policy.
IMPLEMENTING DEI WILL BE “PAINFUL” FOR SOME:

“The benefits of DEI to an organization are clear and overwhelming. But working toward more equitable businesses requires changing norms that have been in place for decades,” Hamilton writes. “Change is not easy, and it can be painful. This process is more of a marathon than a sprint. The tenacity and stamina of executives now will determine whether DEI becomes a reality in business, or becomes a big, empty promise that fails us all.”

BACKGROUND:
  • Ironically, the founder and executive chairman of the World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab, is a white male, the demographic in Hamilton’s crosshairs.
  • Also ironically, the WEF’s leadership team (pictured below) is majority white male, according to the organization’s “Leadership and Governance” page.
