FBI Searched Penn Biden Center in November—White House Never Disclosed

The U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) conducted a previously undisclosed search of the Penn Biden Center in November, according to CBS News and two sources familiar with the investigation.

The search was prompted by lawyers finding classified documents at the center on Nov 2.

“The FBI searched the Penn Biden Center offices in mid-November, according to two sources familiar with the investigation, after lawyers for President Biden had found about 10 documents marked classified there on Nov. 2,” CBS News reports. “The material originated from Mr. Biden’s time as vice president.”

The November search is significant because it was never mentioned by the Biden administration, which has been repeatedly asked for details regarding Biden’s mishandling of classified documents first reported in early Jan 2023.

Federal authorities have found between 25 to 30 classified documents from the office space and Joe Biden’s Wilmington home.

The recovered material includes classified items and records from Biden’s time as Vice President and Senator.

Some of the documents found at the Penn Biden Center were marked top secret.
