During the 2023 White Coat Summit, Dr. Robert Malone expressed his belief that the mRNA vaccines were created by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) as a depopulation tool.
In his speech, he asked, “Why would a government wish to advance this technology?”
Dr. Malone, who was once part of the technology’s development, now calls the injections “genetic vaccines.”
“When we ask who are the puppet masters behind all this, we have to look the brutal truth in the face,” Malone said, adding, “That behind a lot of this is the U.S. government … in funding, policy, and actions.”
“We absolutely have a depopulation agenda here in the United States and we have had such since the mid-70s,” according to Malone
Malone then drew upon a 1974 National Security Study Memo (NSSM) known as The Kissinger Report, which described “Specialized Agencies” tasked with depopulating the world.
Those agencies may be the World Economic Forum (WEF), the World Health Organization (WHO), and possibly others.
