Chelsea Clinton Advocates for Barron Trump’s Privacy

Chelsea Clinton, daughter of Hillary and Bill Clinton, defended Barron Trump’s privacy rights during an appearance on ABC’s “The View.”

“I feel so strongly that if you are a private citizen, you have an unimpeachable right to privacy; and I think the media should leave him alone,” Clinton said.

The topic during the interview stemmed from a social media debate because of former NBC executive Mike Sington, who suggested to Newsweek that Trump turning 18 made him “fair game” to scrutiny from the media.

“Barron Trump turns 18 today. He’s fair game now,” Sington posted on his X account.

“Someone pointed out to me ‘fair game’ could mean fair game to be harmed,” Sington later said. “I don’t wish physical harm on anyone, so I took it down. I listen to the comments and criticism I receive.”
