Butler, Pennsylvania Crowd Sings National Anthem After Rally Attendee Has Medical Emergency

Shortly after former President Donald Trump took the stage during his second rally in Butler, Pennsylvania Saturday, someone in the crowd reportedly had a medical emergency.

Immediately following the incident, Trump and the entire crowd started singing the National Anthem.

Trump returned to the venue in Butler, Pennsylvania where he survived an attempted assassination.

“I said that day when I was shot, I said, ‘We’re coming back. We’re going to come back.’ And I’m fulfilling a promise,” Trump said in an interview with NewsNation this week. “I’m fulfilling, really, an obligation.”

The former president said that he wanted to return to the venue in Butler to “finish our speech.” 

“As you know, there have been two assassination attempts on my life that we know of… and the first case in Butler, Pennsylvania, great place, and we’re going back to Butler,” he said. “We’re going to go back and finish our speech.”
