Anti-Woke PublicSq. To Go Public as Amazon Alternative

Anti-woke, pro-America PublicSq is set to go public as a continuing effort from conservatives to leave marketplaces that do not share their values.

The company’s founder and CEO Michael Seifert said in a webinar that PublicSq. was going public through the SPAC Colombier Acquisition Corporation.

The combined effort will be named “PSQ Holdings, Inc.”

Its New York Stock Exchange symbols will be “PSQH” and “PSQH WS.”

The increased effort to divest from woke companies was fueled after the Dobbs decision, where many companies announced they would reimburse employees who had to travel to receive an abortion.

Meanwhile, PublicSq. gave its employees a “baby bonus,” offering “$5,000 to any of our employees who have a baby, or adopt.”

“Strong families make a strong nation,” Seifers tweeted at the time.

Since its launch on July 4, 2022, PublicSq. has gained more than one million consumer members.

“We are thrilled to celebrate this incredible milestone of reaching one million consumer members in such a short span of time and believe this is further proof that many Americans are tired of corporations advancing DEI and ESG agendas,” Seifert said.

“In the same week that Target watched its market capitalization drop by $10 billion, our marketplace experienced exponential membership growth,” the CEO noted.

Reporting from The Blaze:

Unlike on Amazon and other marketplaces captive to woke doctrines, Seifert said that "every single one of the vendors that have joined this platform have actually agreed to respect our core values. And a majority of the businesses will then give discounts to consumers that are there just for being PublicSq. members."

PublicSq.'s stated core values are: "We will always protect the family unit and celebrate the sanctity of every life"; "We believe small businesses and the communities who support them are the backbone of our economy"; "We believe in the greatness of this Nation and will always fight to defend it"; and "Our Constitution is non-negotiable — government isn't the source of our rights, so it can't take them away."
