Former President Donald Trump opened one of his resorts to linemen working to restore electricity in Florida.
Eric Trump wrote on X, “Honored to have 275 incredible linemen from FPL at @TrumpDoral as they get ready to respond to the aftermath of Hurricane #Milton! You are amazing and the Trump Family, and entire state of Florida, appreciates you! Enjoy the rooms – they are the best in Florida! Be safe!”
The linemen staying at Trump’s report will join tens of thousands of others who are assisting in recovery efforts.
According to FOX 13, more than 50,000 linemen from around the United States are responding to the power outages.
