Hundreds of people in San Francisco caught Covid-19 despite being vaccinated after CDC releases study showing 74% of vaccinated catching Covid-19.

• Reports on Sunday found at least 233 staff members between two San Francisco hospitals tested positive for COVID-19 after being fully vaccinated, according to The New York Times.
• The outbreak reportedly affected 80% of staff at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital.
