Widower Takes Legal Action Against AstraZeneca After Wife Dies From COVID-19 Vaccine, Lawsuit on Behalf of Others Who Lost Relatives From Vaccine

After his wife, a presenter on BBC, passed away from AstraZeneca’s COVID-19 vaccine, widower Gareth Eve sent pre-action protocol letters to the vaccine producer.

The letters are on the behalf of almost 75 people who state they also lost relatives or experienced injuries from the COVID-19 vaccine.

Eve told the BBC that the legal action is “not about Covid, it’s not about how many lives the Covid vaccination has saved, it’s about what this vaccination has done to Lisa and other families.”

“These things have happened to too many people and we’re made to feel like it’s a dirty secret, that we’re talking about something we shouldn’t be talking about,” he added.

Reporting from The Daily Mail:

Mr Eve said he is seeking 'some sort of acknowledgement or recognition that these deaths have occurred'.

He also stated that the complaint is not about financial compensation because no amount of money is 'going to bring my son's mom back.'
