- Police are investigating “identified assaults” at Kenwood Elementary School in Ohio after white children were forced to kneel and pledge loyalty to Black Lives Matter (BLM).

ASSAULTS ACROSS SCHOOLS:
- American Faith reported that a 14-year-old girl committed suicide after being bullied for several months.
- One student took to social media to say, “black people know that white [people] hate them still.”
- A nine-year-old girl was beaten while taking the school bus.
- A black student was confronted by two other students in a recreation of the George Floyd incident.
- The West Sylvan Middle School student’s father said his son’s hands were tied, an aggressor’s knee placed on his back, and was told they were “going to wait 20 seconds.”
BACKGROUND:
- In 2022, schools across the United States implemented a “Black Lives Matter at School Week of Action.”
- Curriculum connected to the event included restorative justice, choosing one’s gender, “creating space for black families that is free from patriarchal practices.”
- A “starter kit” for the week called for the “disruption of Western nuclear family dynamics and a return to the ‘collective village’ that takes care of each other.”
