Two illegal immigrants from Venezuela living in Chicago were arrested last week for allegedly stealing merchandise from a Macy’s in Oakbrook, Illinois.
The two suspects have been identified as 20-year-old Edys Alberto Herrera-Gotopo and 18-year-old Johan Gavidia-Rojas.
The illegals reportedly stole hundreds of dollars worth of items and took turns putting items in a bag while the other suspect was on the look out.
The two were both charged with retail theft but later released by a judge pending trial.
The Oakbrook Macy’s has allegedly had an ongoing theft issue for some time.
