• Ukraine’s foreign minister, Dmytro Kuleba, tweeted on Monday a rebuttal to claims regarding the school shelling allegedly carried out by Ukraine: “No, Ukraine did NOT […] attack Donetsk or Luhansk,” Kuleba stated.
