President-elect Donald Trump has appointed Dr. Massad Boulos, a Lebanese-American businessman and father-in-law of Tiffany Trump, to serve as Senior Adviser on Arab and Middle Eastern Affairs in his Cabinet.
“I am proud to announce that Massad Boulos will serve as Senior Advisor to the President on Arab and Middle Eastern affairs,” Trump wrote on TRUTHSocial.
“Massad is an accomplished lawyer and a highly respected leader in the business world, with extensive experience on the International scene. He has been a longtime proponent of Republican and Conservative values, an asset to my Campaign, and was instrumental in building tremendous new coalitions with the Arab American Community. Massad is a dealmaker, and an unwavering supporter of PEACE in the Middle East. He will be a strong advocate for the United States, and its interests, and I am pleased to have him on our team!”
Dr. Boulos has played a key role in building relationships with the Arab American community, particularly during Trump’s 2024 campaign. He organized numerous outreach efforts, including dozens of meetings in Michigan and other states with significant Arab American populations.
This appointment highlights the administration’s focus on strengthening ties with the Arab world and addressing issues critical to Arab American communities. Boulos’ deep cultural and business experience is expected to bring a pragmatic approach to fostering greater cooperation and understanding between the U.S. and the Middle East.
