Trump Launches New Communications Platform: ‘From the Desk of Donald J. Trump’

Followers can receive comments, images, and videos directly from President Trump.

The new platform is called “From the Desk of Donald J. Trump“—part of donaldjtrump.com—and is powered by Campaign Nucleus.

According to Fox News, Campaign Nucleus is a “digital ecosystem made for efficiently managing political campaigns and organizations” and was created by Trump’s former campaign manager, Brad Parscale.

“President Trump’s website is a great resource to find his latest statements and highlights from his first term in office, but this is not a new social media platform,” senior advisor Jason Miller told Fox News. “We’ll have additional information coming on that front in the very near future.”

The platform—launched on Tuesday—allows users to share posts made by the 45th President to their Facebook and Twitter accounts.

The launch comes a day before Facebook’s Oversight Board is expected to announce whether Trump will be permanently banned from Facebook and Instagram.

The Daily Mail reports Trump told Candace Owens that supporters will be ‘very, very happy’ when he announces what he intends to do in 2024.

‘The answer is, I’m absolutely enthused. I look forward to doing an announcement at the right time,’ Trump told Owens when asked if he’ll run again. ‘As you know, it’s really early. But I think people are going to be very, very happy when I make a certain announcement,’ he added.

The Republican National Committee sent out an email to Trump supporters asking where they want the ex-president to hold his first rally.
