Texas Church Reportedly Hosted ‘Family-Friendly Drag Show’

A Mosaic Campus of First United Methodist Church in Sherman, Texas, reportedly held a “family-friendly” drag show.

Videos emerged of protestors across the street from the location as a drag queen entered the venue.

Two off-duty police officers were hired to provide security for the event.

Reporting from The Blaze:

The Mosaic portion of the church's website says, "We are young and old, married and single, gay and straight, liberal and conservative, non-conformists and traditionalists, those recovering from addictions, those still battling addictions, and those whose challenges take other forms." It adds that "the theology you’ll discover here begins and ends in the love of God. We believe that God desires a relationship with every single one of us. Regardless of who we are, what we’ve done, or where we’ve been."
