The college president, Dr. Kevin James, in a letter released on the college's Instagram, had originally stated that starting from August 20, all students and staff were mandated to wear masks for a period of two weeks.
“We will not shut down our schools. We will not accept your lockdowns. We will not abide by your mask mandates, and we will not tolerate your vaccine mandates.”
The Biden administration is reportedly preparing to reinstate full COVID lockdowns, beginning with mask mandates for TSA and airport employees as early as mid-September.
“This complaint concerns the freedom of speech and the extraordinary steps the United States government has taken under the leadership of Joe Biden to silence people it does not want Americans to hear," the lawsuit reads.
