Text messages given to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) reveal that a Chinese energy company wanted to use the Biden name to help cover its plan to acquire U.S. energy assets.
Former U.S. President Donald Trump has gained significant political momentum, receiving unanimous backing from all Alabama Republican state House representatives on Friday.
“This complaint concerns the freedom of speech and the extraordinary steps the United States government has taken under the leadership of Joe Biden to silence people it does not want Americans to hear," the lawsuit reads.
"If you fail to comply with any conditions of your release, a warrant may be issued for your arrest," Magistrate Judge Moxila A. Upadhyaya warned Trump.
