“This complaint concerns the freedom of speech and the extraordinary steps the United States government has taken under the leadership of Joe Biden to silence people it does not want Americans to hear," the lawsuit reads.
"It is just as unconstitutional – and thus illegal – for the US Government to violate the First Amendment by proxy – through so-called private companies – as if the government directly attacked our free speech."
Biden's earlier student debt relief plan, which proposed $10,000 debt relief for low-to-middle-income borrowers and $20,000 for Pell Grant recipients, was deemed unconstitutional by the Supreme Court in a 6-3 ruling.
