Former President Donald Trump claims he will be arrested on Tuesday as he is being investigated by New York prosecutors for payments made during his presidential campaign, with Trump calling for his followers to protest.
Donald Trump’s former lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen is scheduled to testify Monday before a Manhattan grand jury investigating hush-money payments made on the former president’s behalf.
"This case was all about Allen Weisselberg committing tax fraud on his personal tax returns. Every witness repeatedly testified that President Trump and the Trump family knew nothing about Allen Weisselberg’s actions," Trump's defense lawyer said after the verdict.
