A biological man who now identifies as transgender and received the death penalty in 2014 for killing his two children will now be provided taxpayer-funded breast implants in a women's prison.
The plea deal consisted of a "plea agreement" and a "diversion agreement" that would have protected Hunter Biden from foreign lobbying crimes and other felonies.
Hunter's sweetheart deal included immunity for "all of the allegations of conduct that are still being investigated," according to a Heritage Foundation lawyer.
"In place of the unannounced visits, revenue officers will instead make contact with taxpayers through an appointment letter, known as a 725-B, and schedule a follow-up meeting," a press release reads. "This will help taxpayers feel more prepared when it is time to meet."
