Former President Donald Trump said last week that he would run for president from the inside of a prison cell if he is convicted in the criminal cases he's fighting.
Donald Trump is ridiculing Special Counsel Jack Smith and U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland after charging the former president with three more charges in the investigation into classified documents.
"If I weren't winning in the polls, they wouldn't be doing it," Trump said in a video, referring to the investigation against him. "If I weren't running, they definitely wouldn't be doing it."
