The lawsuit, filed on behalf of Health Freedom Louisiana co-director Jill Hines and The Gateway Pundit news site founder Jim Hoft, reads, "This case challenges probably the largest mass-surveillance and mass-censorship program in American history."
"It gnaws at me that, by lending my association, I helped his reputation, and thus delayed justice for his survivors," Hoffman said. "While I relied on MIT’s endorsement, ultimately I made the mistake."
Spending breakdown includes $2.3 million on duty ammunition, $1.2 million on ballistic shields, and a further $1.3 million on "various other gear for criminal investigation agents."
