Russia is willing to consider proposals from countries in Latin America and Africa to end the conflict in Ukraine.

According to Putin, Western "globalist" elites "still talk about their exclusivity, put people against each other and divide society, provoke bloody conflicts and coups" and "sow hatred."

Kennedy claims conflict could have been avoided.

"The Russian side reserves the right to take retaliatory measures where and when it sees fit," the Kremlin stated.

Development comes as Russia’s defense chief calls for state company to double its missile output.

Republican lawmakers in Kansas enacted Senate Bill 180, which defines sex in state law to mean an “individual’s biological sex, either male or female, at birth.”

The Kremlin has dismissed the claims, calling it a baseless fabrication.

"We have sent thousands of rounds of Challenger 2 ammunition to Ukraine, including depleted uranium armour-piercing rounds. For operational security reasons, we will not comment on Ukrainian usage rates for the rounds provided," says British Armed Forces Minister.
