During April primary elections in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, nearly 19,000 ballots were issued with erroneous instructions regarding the number of candidates voters should select in a particular race.
The suit has been launched on behalf of Lynn Kizer, a former employee of the hospital, who alleges she was unjustly terminated due to her religious beliefs in relation to the institution's vaccine mandate.
Among those slated for advancement are Lieutenant Michael Byrd, who is set to become captain, and Officer Caroline Edwards, who will rise to the rank of sergeant.
