Douglass Mackey, a prominent social media influencer also known as “Ricky Vaughn,” has been sentenced to 7 months in prison for conspiring to deceive potential voters during the 2016 U.S. Presidential election.
During April primary elections in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, nearly 19,000 ballots were issued with erroneous instructions regarding the number of candidates voters should select in a particular race.
The policy in question mandated students and staff to “respect” the gender identity of students by using the chosen names and pronouns of transgender students.
The suit has been launched on behalf of Lynn Kizer, a former employee of the hospital, who alleges she was unjustly terminated due to her religious beliefs in relation to the institution's vaccine mandate.
