More than 3,000 people will be evacuated in the Russian city of Belgorod on the border of Ukraine after an explosive was found, the local governor said on Saturday.
State Sen. Lynda Wilson (R-Vancouver) criticized the legislation, stating, “HB 1240 clearly violates our state and federal constitutions, which is why it will end up in court immediately."
