Former President Donald Trump faced a $5,000 penalty this Friday due to a derogatory post concerning a court official related to his civil fraud trial in New York.
Douglass Mackey, a prominent social media influencer also known as “Ricky Vaughn,” has been sentenced to 7 months in prison for conspiring to deceive potential voters during the 2016 U.S. Presidential election.
The order specifically curtails Trump's ability to make public remarks targeting court officials, potential witnesses, or members of the special counsel's team.
