Ukrainian long-range drones struck one of Russia’s largest oil refineries for the second time in three days, a senior Kyiv official confirmed Monday. The attack targeted a refinery in the Volgograd region, one of Russia’s top ten refining facilities, which processes nearly 6% of the country’s oil. The strike is part of Ukraine’s ongoing efforts to weaken Russia’s military capabilities as the third anniversary of the war approaches.
