A special agent from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) said that federal prosecutors originally agreed to bring felony tax charges against Hunter Biden, but other leaders reduced the charges to misdemeanors.
Circuit Judge Holly Meyer ordered Hunter Biden to show up to a court in Arkansas to answer questions pertaining to a child support lawsuit or possibly face imprisonment on contempt charges.

The release came after Inner City Press requested that Judge Lewis Kaplan, who is presiding over the trial, disclose the deposition and other evidence to the public.
"It gnaws at me that, by lending my association, I helped his reputation, and thus delayed justice for his survivors," Hoffman said. "While I relied on MIT’s endorsement, ultimately I made the mistake."
