South Dakota saw a victory after the state's Public Utilities Commission (PUC) voted unanimously to reject a carbon-capture pipeline proposal that would have cost farmers thousands of acres.
Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) of the House Judiciary Committee, James Comer (R-KY) of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, and Jason Smith (R-MO) of the House Ways and Means Committee have jointly issued this demand.

The Fulton County Superior Court received a statement from Trump that read, "As evidenced by my signature below, I do hereby waive formal arraignment and enter my plea of NOT GUILTY to the Indictment in this case."
