A Florida judge who led the prosecution against Casey Anthony in 2011 is reportedly under investigation after allegations of molestation and the failure to properly report child abuse.
According to records obtained by Parents Defending Education, non-transgender students who were uncomfortable with students who said they were transgender to use the bathroom of their choice were accused of "harassment."
The policy in question mandated students and staff to “respect” the gender identity of students by using the chosen names and pronouns of transgender students.
