America First Legal (AFL) is suing Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Department of Justice (DOJ) after Hunter Biden was not mandated to register as a foreign agent during the Obama administration.
Biden family members and business associates "created a web of over 20 companies—most were limited liability companies formed after Joe Biden became Vice President."
In his communication, Hunter states, "Very simple, 10 M per annum budget to use to further the interest of the JV. This move to 5M is completely new to me and is not acceptable obviously."
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) believes the amount of transactions from foreign nationals that the Biden family received will reach "between $20 and $30 million."
In a chilling turn of events, the chief accountant of Ukraine's controversial energy company, Burisma Energy, who had offered to furnish damning evidence against the Biden family, has been found dead under unexplained circumstances.
Burisma Holdings founder Mykola Zlochevsky is believed to be an asset of Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), according to an anonymous national security source.
According to Grassley, "The 1023 produced to that House Committee redacted reference that the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversations with them. Seventeen total recordings."
Consequently, the Full Committee business meeting, initially scheduled to vote on holding Director Wray in contempt of Congress on Thursday, has been canceled.
