A Native American tribe has erected illegal barricades on the only roads leading to the homes of approximately 65 Wisconsin families, leaving them stranded and unable to leave.
“Here, the Court finds that no reasonable jury could conclude by a preponderance of the evidence that Whole Foods’ reasons for Plaintiffs’ terminations were pretextual and motivated by discriminatory animus," the judge said.
