A transgender lawmaker from Montana was censured last week after she was accused of giving a "hate-filled testimony" while debating a bill that would ban transgender medical care for minors.
Far-left Oregon Governor Tina Kotek announced Thursday that the state has partnered with Oregon Health Science University (OHSU) to stash a three-year supply of mifepristone, the first drug used in a two-drug medication abortion procedure.
"Medical Freedom is an absolute right. I urge my colleagues to join me in this mission to block tyrannical and draconian measures from being utilized by the Federal Government," says Rep. Santos.
"This lack of Constitutional and statutory requirement thereby nullifies, or at a minimum, calls into question the legitimacy of their appointments or positions," a press release from Ferguson Law states.
A new report, issued by an international group of legal experts and backed by the United Nations, says that children under the age of 18 have the right to make sexual decisions.
