Uber suspended its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion head, Bo Young Lee, after employees complained that Lee aided in a discussion event titled, "Don't Call Me Karen."
The release came after Inner City Press requested that Judge Lewis Kaplan, who is presiding over the trial, disclose the deposition and other evidence to the public.
The lawsuit, filed on behalf of Health Freedom Louisiana co-director Jill Hines and The Gateway Pundit news site founder Jim Hoft, reads, "This case challenges probably the largest mass-surveillance and mass-censorship program in American history."
"It gnaws at me that, by lending my association, I helped his reputation, and thus delayed justice for his survivors," Hoffman said. "While I relied on MIT’s endorsement, ultimately I made the mistake."
