GOP lawmakers are demanding information from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) after two youths participating in a sex-change study committed suicide.
Since the center's release, fears have emerged that the group will merely serve as a censorship organization against political discourse that runs contrary to the government's interests.
Therapeutic Goods Administration "did not fulfill their duty to properly regulate the COVID-19 vaccines, resulting in considerable harm and damage to Australians," says Queensland lawyer.
The lawsuit, filed on behalf of Health Freedom Louisiana co-director Jill Hines and The Gateway Pundit news site founder Jim Hoft, reads, "This case challenges probably the largest mass-surveillance and mass-censorship program in American history."
Data made public by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention confirms the COVID vaccine has been linked to 35,152 deaths, 197,564 hospitalizations, and 1,547,355 injuries.
"The Twitter Files and other public reporting have exposed how the federal government has pressured and colluded with Big Tech and other intermediaries to censor certain viewpoints on social and other media in ways that undermine First Amendment principles," Jordan's subpoena states.
