Facebook is censoring Americans at the behest of President Joe Biden’s administration in violation of the First Amendment, a new lawsuit alleges.

On Thursday, White House press secretary Jen Psaki admitted that the administration is identifying posts to Facebook that contain “misinformation” about coronavirus vaccines and is in “regular touch” with the Masters of the Universe. Psaki specifically admitted that the administration is flagging “problematic” posts to Facebook.

President Joe Biden said Friday that the current coronavirus pandemic “is among the unvaccinated” and said misinformation spread on Facebook is “killing people.”

“It really is censorship.”

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg said Wednesday that Facebook and Instagram plan to together invest over $1 billion in creators through the end of 2022.

The companies censor on the government’s behalf. There’s ample precedent for calling it state action.
